Vintage "SWALLOW'S BISCUITS PTY. LTD." Playtime Party Pack balloon pump tin. Cylindrical thick cardboard tube body container with outer casing (cover), tin lid and base. Yellow with multi-coloured accents. Writing on front reads as follows: "Swallow's Playtime Party Pack of biscuits, balloons & blower. Baked and packed by Swallow's Biscuits Pty. Ltd. 60 Stokes St. Port Melbourne, Victoria." and Back: "Directions: Remove balloons and biscuits from container and replace cover. Insert neck of balloon into pump to inflate balloon and tie in usual manner." Made in Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in 1940's-60's. Very rare and highly sought after, museum piece. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Excellent Vintage Condition, wear on cardboard, rust on tin. Balloon pump functionality unknown, selling as a decoration piece.
