Vintage "KOSTA BODA" glass apple Christmas ornament VALLIEN 97768 1980's SWEDEN. Small size, figural shaped. In the form of an apple. Flat and polished on one side, rounded and textured on the other. Clear glass. From their "Christmas Ornaments" series, model #97768. Designed by BERTIL VALLIEN. Hanging without cord. Suitable to use as a Christmas tree ornament, pendant or a window decoration (sun catcher). Art glass, studio crafted. Mid-century modern style. Hand blown. Made in Sweden in 1980's-90's (1986-1992). Since retired and discontinued. Very rare and sought after. Sourced within The Mornington Peninsula.
