Description
Vintage creamy yellow gold satin beaded evening purse clutch bag boxed 1960's. Medium sized rectangular with rounded corners. Soft with frame at opening. Fold over envelope flap with gold tone kiss clasp closure with diamonté detail. Creamy yellow gold satin base adorned with brown and gold metallic beads with floral detail. Small compartment at front with exposed YKK zipper closure, suitable for lipstick. Interior: creamy yellow satin lined with side pouch. Art Deco style. Unbranded. Tag reads as follows: "Hand beaded. Made in Hong Kong." Comes with original cardboard box. Made in Hong Kong in 1960's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Good Vintage Condition. Sold in as-found condition. No missing beads, all intact, some worn. Loose beadwork around clasp. Staining and wear to satin (esp front, back, edges and corners). Lining stained (make-up). Considerable wear to cardboard box.
