Description
Vintage 1930's-1940's German wooden carved floral rotating carousel tray bowl dish stand. Decorative carved detail on plate, floral design on the perimeter. Wooden pedestal is turned. Wound to play by twisting the base section in a clockwise direction, start stop lever slide switch on side of pedestal. Plays the traditional German tune "Auf Wiedersehen" (translates "Goodbye"), rotating in an anti-clockwise direction. Teak wood. Original sticker on base: "7222 auf wiedersehen" with numbers hand written in pencil. Perfect working condition. MADE IN GERMANY, likely in West Germany. Very Good Vintage Condition.
