Vintage green MARIA TEJERO aka MARILU TEJERO clay sculpture figure BOLIVIA 1990's. Figural sculpture. Blues, greens and beiges. Hand sculpted clay. Weathered, textured finish. Maria (Marilu) Tejero is Bolivian born, Australian potter, resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, America. Inspired by Bolivian, Inca, Mochica, Chimu, Chancay, Maya and Tiawanaku cultures. Graduate with a B.A. Honours in Ceramic Design from Monash University in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in 1996. Archeological style. Embossed initials near the base reads as follows: "MT." Hand made in Australia in late 1990's-early 2000's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Very Good Vintage Condition.
