"GOODWIN'S DAIRY" clear glass quart milk bottle 9" vintage 1940's. Great display piece for vintage kitchen, and for the vintage bottle collector. Clear glass with pyro painted orange and green text. Front and back reads as follows: "Goodwin's Dairy" in on scroll, with a side profile picture of a cow with the text "Goodwin & Sons Telephone Connection South Paris, Maine". Green text along tapered part of bottle on all sides "Store." Embossment along the base: "Liquid. 4 Reg. Sealed 152 S. One quart." Manufactured in America in 1940's. Very rare and sought after. Goodwin's Dairy company was founded in 1933 in South Paris, Maine and is still in operation. Good Vintage Condition, no chips or cracks, considerable surface scratches at the top of the bottle before it tapers.
