Antique Victorian "SMITH" silver candle wick trimmer scissors snuffer ENGLAND 1890's. Featuring footed candle wick trimmer / scissors with candle snuffer. Ornate design. Spring loaded handles. Footed. EPNS, Electric Plate Nickel Silver. Marked "Smith". 2 hallmarks, unable to read. Likely made in England in 1890's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Good Antique Condition, bottom plate of scissors (interior) rusted, nicks and wear.
