Antique "SIMPSON & SON LIMITED" galvanised agricultural grain funnel with flip top lid 1850's AUSTRALIA. Galvanised steel agricultural funnel for filling bulker bags with sugar, grain or fertiliser with hinged flip top lid. Brass badge on top reads as follows: "Simpson & Sons Ltd. Makers Adelaide." Hand stencilling reads as follows: "Simpsons rammer bag filler." Made in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia in 1850's-1920's. "Simpson & Son Ltd" was founded in 1853 in Gawler Place South Australia. Sourced within The Mornington Peninsula.
Good Antique Condition. Considerable wear, dings, dents and rust.
