Antique SCHOOL OF ART JAIPUR bronze tiger figure statue 1850's-1940's INDIA. Bronze cast. Miniature size. In the form of a tiger, walking. Engraved detail. On a stepped base. Made during the Raj period 1858-1947. The "Rajasthan School Of Art" was founded in 1857 and is still in operation today. Embossed stamp on base reads as follows: "School of art Jaipur." with a hand written "50." Made in India in 1850's-1940's. Sourced within The Mornington Peninsula.
