Antique plaster chalkware peeking children boy girl bronze bookends 1920's FRANCE. Plaster / chalk moulded with a faux bronze finish with dark green accents. Depiction of babies / toddlers boy and girl peeking / peering around the corner of books. Mounted on plaster bases of books. Marked on each bookend is "2557" (girl) and "2568" (boy). Victorian style. Made in France in 1920's-40's. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.
