Description

Antique "MORAN & CATO'S PTY LTD" blue pure tea oatmeal cereal tin 5lb. Cylindrical, lidded. Blue with yellow accents. Writing on front reads as follows: "Moran & Cato's pure tea. Branches in all the suburbs of Melbourne and throughout Victoria, Hobart & Launceston (TAS). Moran & Cato Pty Ltd 277-285 Brunswick St Fitzroy Distributors for Moran & Cato Ltd Sydney." and Back: "Oatmeal." Made in Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia in 1900's-40's. Was not able to remove lid. Very rare and highly sought after, museum piece. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Good Antique Condition, loss of litho (esp on lid), scratches, dings, dents and rust.
