Antique "KANDY KOOLA" red embossed tea caddy tin 1lb. Cylindrical, lidded. Red with gold accents. Writing on front reads as follows: "Kandy Koola tea. Ceylon flavoured." Back: "Full weight 1lb. nett. **THOUR tin. Blended and packed by John Connell & Co Proprietary Limited Melbourne.", embossed with ceylon flowers, and on the lid: "Quality pure Kandy Koola tea red." Made in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in 1900's-40's. Was not able to remove lid. Extremely rare and highly sought after, museum piece. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Very Good Antique Condition, loss of litho (esp on lid), scratches, dings, dent and rust.
