Antique original wildlife original First Edition copperplate engraving / etching, ink on printing paper, framed. Wildlife of a Crimson Topaz Humming Bird, original hand coloured. Titled "TROCHILUS PELLA VARIED WITH WHITE". Victorian style. Book plate number 25. By WILLIAM LIZARS from "SIR WILLIAM JARDINE'S NATURALIST LIBRARY: ORNITHOLOGY: HUMMINGBIRDS VOLUME 2". Published by W. H. Lizards in Edinburgh, England in 1833-45. Mounted and beautifully framed in veneered burl wood with glass and is ready to be hung. Sourced within the Mornington Peninsula.

Excellent Antique Condition, sold in as-found condition. Minor wear to frame, minor foxing to paper.
